I have two MIDI files of the first movement, one sequenced by C. Lai
and the other one, plus the other two movements, sequenced by G.
Parmigiani. The four files are on my Web page at

http://www.csudh.edu/oliver/clarmusi/clarmusi.htm

and can be downloaded into a music notation format. What you get
will of course be notes only.

My records show that I have the sheet music in my library at home,
but I'm not there now to find out where I obtained it. I'll write
back this evening.

I just downloaded the first movement and realized I haven't listened
to it for several years. There is SO much wonderful music to be
played and so little time.

Oh, sorry. After all that. Not for two clarinets, just the one and
piano. As Rosann Rosanna Danna would have said, "Never mind." 8-)
