I just found the 2 I have. There were 4 surveys - Clarinet
Performance Practices, Saxophone Performance Practices, Oboe
Performance Practices, and Contemporary Clarinet Technique: A Study
of the Altissimo Register. I am looking for the last one. They were
$7.00 each in 1977!
