The variables are also very frustrating when you are trying to track down
the answer(s) to problems a client might have. Some of the changes the wood
goes through can defy the most careful measurement techniques. The effect of
changes in humidity can be maddening.

Lets see...this barrel was great on Monday, but on Tuesday I liked this one,
and on Wednesday I hated both of them........
