If you paid $70 US then it sounds like a carrier or
faster type of the regular post. Possibly it is stuck
in customs? That happens sometimes in my country,
don't know about other countries. Regular orders from
UK to my country (in the middle east) take about 1 or
2 weeks. To USA I think they would take longer but not
express shipping, unless what you ordered is
especially big and heavy and then it might be that
expensive even for regular shipping.

Ask what shipping they used and if there is a tracking
number.
