I have found the best times NOT to sell are:

1) Summer - people are on vacation.
2) The holidays - December, mostly.
3) In May, the college students are done, and sometimes it's a little
lighter then as well; if you're selling something they might want (which an
Eb could definitely be) then I wouldn't sell it then.

Any other time, go for it!
