Hi Glenn,
I'm certain the music with the YouTube video is played by the
original Kenny Ball band with Dave Jones on clarinet. Jones played a
Leblanc and had a very distinctive sound but more orthodox than
Acker Bilk.
I thought he was an excellent player.
I think Jones is no longer alive.

ask why - it's a weird fetish I have) , recording with and without
the Paramount Jazz Band and have never seen any mention of him
playing on "Midnight in Moscow"
