About 20 years ago Jerry Pierce sent me a photocopy of the Ricordi
edition of "Il Convegno - Divertimento per due Clarnetti con Accomp.
di Piano Forte" dedicated to A. Peri e M. Sacchi. The number 86604
appears on the cover. It is in the large page format and has no date
on it, but the cover is ornate like the music of the late 1800's. I
could send a scan of the cover on my website if anyone is interested
in seeing it. The price as printed on the cover was 10
lire!! Maybe this would provide some clues?
