I'm assuming you're using the same mouthpiece in your Bb and A clarinets and
it fits their barrels, or it wouldn't be an issue. If that's the case, I can
think of three choices for a mechanical fix. (1) Probably as a first try you
might be able to find a compromise thickness for the cork - thick enough to
hold in the C barrel but still able to fit into the other two, albeit more
tightly than they do now. (2) You can somehow close up the socket on the C
barrel. I'm not sure if that can be done with epoxy or even gluing a strip
of cork inside the socket - I've never tried it. (3)Or you can re-cork the
mouthpiece and then, if it won't go into the other two barrels, enlarge the
sockets on both of them to accommodate it.

Wrapping with Teflon tape might work, but it's going to be a pain in the
neck and make quick instrument changes impossible. Either replacing the C
barrel or using a separate mouthpiece would also solve the problem if you're
willing to spend the money.
