Hi Fred,
If you mean Elena Kats-Chernin, the Australian composer, then I can't find a
listing of this work on the Australian Music Centre site. I have emailed her
about it and hope for a response soon.
I have found reference to a new Basset Clarinet Concerto by her due for
premiere in April 2008 on a Boosey and Hawkes web site . (
