Fred,

Indeed, we make the C mthpcs shorter!

I use 2 C clarinets. One is a Buffet R13 from 1976 that is a truly magnificent instrument. The other is also a fine clarinet, it is an Amelotte. I believe these were made by Robert, and think they are from the 20's, possibly earlier. Despite it's age it is a very fine instrument. Anyone have further info on it?
