I will be going to Japan as part of the Japan Fulbright Memorial Fund
Teacher Program. I would very much like to connect with some clarinet
players while in Tokyo and Ogi.

Also, does anyone know how to connect with anyone in the Tokyo Kosei
Wind Orchestra? I would like to at the least attend a concert, and if
possible visit their facility and meet any clarinetists from there...

Do you have any other clarinet and music tips for me while there:
music stores to visit, sheet music, accessories, reeds, traditional
Japanese wind instruments to buy, other unique music accessories,
CDs, books...

Also I would like to learn more about music education in Japanese
public schools.

P.S. [Off topic] Does anyone know if June is a month in which Mt.
Fuji can be climbed as a long day trip from Tokyo? I am a well-
conditioned hiker, but not a mountain climber who uses ropes,
harnesses etc.
