I've been using Finale for twelve years, and a couple of years ago I
took an intensive course about Sibelius. I am pretty quick with Finale,
I love the speedy entry tool, and I use it near daily, so after the
Sibelius course I continued using Finale, too much used to writing music
with it, BUT, I think that Sibelius is easier to learn, as it uses more
windows things, like right clicking and the scroll wheel. (It's weird
why Coda Music doesn't implement those things in Finale).

I think you can reach the same degree of work with both of it, but
things that in Sibelius are at hand simply right clicking, in Finale are
sometimes buried in lots of option windows and menus. So, my opinion, if
you already use Finale, don't change, but if you are beginning, try
Sibelius.
