You don't say if "free" is important in your request, but if you're prepared
to pay a couple of dollars apiece for these parts, have you tried calling
J.W. Pepper & Sons? A lot, if not all, of this looks like band literature
that's maybe still in print and available. Pepper can supply authorized
single parts for pretty much anything in print. In case you aren't familiar
with J.W. Pepper, they are a major national sheet music distributor, but
they specialize in school music with a huge stock of band, choir and
orchestra music on their shelves and generally very quick mail turnaround.
The have a website at http://www.jwpepper.com from which you may be able to
order the parts online or get a phone number to call and get live help.
Their customer service agents are usually very helpful. (I do not work for
Pepper - I've had lots of experience dealing with them, though, during more
than 30 years of teaching public school instrumental music.)
