Hi,
Douglas Lowry, Dean of CCM made a very good arrangement for Milhaud Duo Concertant for Clarinet and Band.
He did it for Michelle Lurie, and they played it with USC symphonic winds. Later i played it in Beijing, with a Military band.
I am sure that its easy to google his e mail address and contact him to get the music. He is a very nice person!
