Nitai,
I had an issue with cuing too. We all just had to learn to deal with
it. I learned to do much more subtle things including taking obvious
breaths and using my elbows and eyebrows. The group had to know what to
look for. It can be easily dealt with. Besides, any decent musician
shouldn't need a huge cue. It should be pretty obvious unless it is a
huge ensemble and there are distance and sight line issues.
