Note: The passport for flyers rule is mandated by the US government,
not the Canadian.

Anyone wanting to fly to USA or back to USA needs a passport. You don't
need the passport to enter Canada.

I wonder if the ICA HQ in CO can organize a fast-track passport
processing procedure so the '07 Fest won't get clobbered by a
slow/understaffed US passport bureaucracy.
