Two requests in one day!

I am seeking permission to reprint 3 clarinet quartets that were
arranged by Jerry Sears and published by Harms Inc. 1946.

I have two of them:
Liza
The Blue Room

But I do not have the third:
Begin the Beguine

Can anyone send me copies of this one? (This is all about making this
piece legally available again.)

Alfred owns the rights to these now, but the rights have passed through
so many hands, that I am sure they don't have any.
