All you technophobes,

I need to record some piano parts for a blind man to
learn. Can I transfer the parts to a disc via computer
after making the recording on my Mini Disc recorder (see
model no. in subject line). I don't have a mic for my
laptop and I have never used the laptop for recording
(Presario 1275 - vintage 1998). Is there a way for me to
load the mini disc into my desktop computer? The MZ-R70
doesn't have a USB port (maybe a patch cable)? Thanks.
