Yes. It is common to have divisi in parts, although it is safest for the
B-flat clarinets (and probably bass clarinet, in most cases).

I have seen manuscript transcriptions for clarinet choir that had as
many as four parts for alto clarinet in places (probably horn parts).
Fat chance of that ever happening.
