I have written clarinet choir music in 8 real parts: E-flat, 3 B-flats,
alto, bass, contra-alto, contra-bass. Assuming that there are often more
than one player per part, is it common to write "divisi" for some or any of
the parts? I would like to feel confident about writing divided parts at
least for the three B-flat parts. Advice?
