I was going to mention this. Paper, in the form of music and books, is very
heavy. The shipping costs go up very quickly. You can send media items
cheaply, but it can be slow. Most people want their accessories FAST, so that does
n't work. Plus to send items as media mail, the cheapest way, you have to
attest that everything included is print material.

I sell books and music, as well as mouthpieces and other accessories. Even
when ordered together, I ship the printed material separately.
