Well, the Op. 86 we did has very prominent wind parts, including two
clarinets, throughout. (Indeed, as I recall, most of the problems occurred
in the winds, Thea King being particularly on-the-ball with regard to
noticing and correcting them.) The first movement is very symphonic in
dimension, too.

I thought I had lost my vinyl copy of the disc we made, but I just found it
and listened to it, and what I write above seems to me to imply that we're
talking about two different pieces. I also now see our perfomance is
available on CD at:

...so perhaps this is the first 'really weird' thing to check out?
