Bill Foss is correct.

The Krommer Op.86 was originally composed for flute, however the arrangement
for clarinet in A was done by Kuffner.

The first version of this arrangement was published by Andre, Offenbach.

In 1980, William Martin, from London prepared the clarinet/piano version
from the above edition found in the Brno University Library.
