I believe that the reason you can not find it is because from all the
information that I have, the Krommer Opus 86 is a FLUTE Concerto in E minor.
His Opus 36 is a Clarinet concerto in Eb Major.

Therefore any "clarinet" version of Opus 86 is a transcription by someone of
the Flute Concerto.

I hope this helps. You may be able to find orchestral parts under Flute
Concerto but be careful to insure that these parts actually fit the
"clarinet" version.
