The name of the instrument is Bandoneon. It was created in northern Europe
(probably Belgium) as a substitute for the organ in religious processions.
Came to Argentina late 19 (may be early 20th) century and fitted incredibly
the tango. It is not related to accordion and yes only have buttons not keys
