Don't know the piece, but Piazzolla wrote masterful tangos for a
specialized kind of accordion used in South America. I heard a
concert that included one of his works and went mad for it. I
suspect, but do not know, that this clarinet quartet you are
speaking about is an arrangement of one of his works for
accordion, which has a different name in South American and also
different physicality. For example, it has buttons and not keys.
It's something like "bandarion," and I'm probably not even close.
But Piazzolla's writing is absolutely mesmerizing.
