The manuscript to the Busch suite is in Winterthur (along with the Mozart k622) if that helps any. I remember seeing it in September when I was there. Amadeus Verlag (Publishers) is also in Winterthur.

Also, I recently bought a copy of it for a pupil from "Musik Gillhaus" in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany (http://www.musik-gillhaus.de/www/musik-gillhaus/)
which arrived only a few days after I had ordered it.
