There is an article by Destro at:
http://www.pierluigidestro.it/BeethovenGBcompl.pdf - was this the one? It is
mainly concerned with differences between the orchestral score and the first
contemporary transcription, but doesn't say much about his edition. There's
also an article in J. Conductors Guild v 19 #2 but I haven't sourced that
yet.
