Yes. Eric and Susan Zapf retired and sold off the "brick-and-mortar" portion
of the business. Their sons, Rich and Steve, had wanted even while the
stores were open, to move into Internet sales and, as I understood things,
started Music123 on their own (I assume with financial investment from their
parents, but I don't know those details).
