Let's not forget what Carnegie did to US Steel and how most recently the
likes of Steve O. Miller and others in his cartel screwed the workers and
retirees of Bethlehem Steel. But that is beside the point.

Listen, I am not a conspiracy theorist, or a hate monger, I only see things
as I see them, and I have not read anything about the demise of WWBW, that
is why I asked for them. Okay?

I believe in getting facts before passing real judgment, but that opinion
and editorial opinion and conjecture are always open to discussion and
criticism, and I appreciate all of it, no matter how vitriolic or spiteful
it may get. I do try to be cutting, but even handed and ascribe the blame
where blame is due.

And clearly WWBW burned the candles at both ends and bit off more than it
could chew. And hind sight is 20/20 but that is no excuse for poor business
judgment or bad planning. Other companies equal and lesser in size have
acquired other companies and have not had to seek protection under
Bankruptcy laws, what it was about WWBW that made it so vulnerable.

And there was one post on this list which alluded to the fact that after
acquisition the workers at Music-123 claimed that there were abuses being
committed by the new owners. And all of know outright that this, in and of
itself is unethical, and should be seen as such and questioned as such on
the part of WWBW's management and ownership.

You have to look at the fact that not only are we dealing with a company
here, but each one of you are dealing with an individual writing this that
has feelings and emotions the same as each one of you. And if anyone takes
offense at what I say it should be the owner of WWBW him or herself and not
any of you. And no one should attack me for what I say, or attack my
credentials, because to be honest I do not question or attack any of you or
your credentials. I simply try to play fair and state things as I see them
and I do readily apologize when I am and stand corrected, but none of you
have sufficiently refuted as of yet. Only chided and ridiculed me, and
little children can do as much.

Meanness is a trait were learn from being hurt ourselves, and I suggest
those who engage in it grow up or shut up, because it accomplishes nothing
but infuriation on my part. And as I have told you all before I am mentally
ill and I can get quite hot-tempered and violent when pushed.

There is no denying that I have been hurt before, but your words cut me to
the chase which is the core of my being, and while I am sure it gives you
great joy to realize this, it nevertheless causes me to consider whether my
life is worth living.

I don't claim to have any special knowledge of law or business buy out
practices, but whatever the Chapter 11 implies I've received email ads from
all three of the these companies today already...WWBW, 123, and Musician's
Friend! Doesn't look like they are done yet. For the record, I've made
many purchases from WWBW also, both by mail and in person and have had
positive experiences for the most part.
