Actually, as I understand it, it was the former employees of Music 1-2-3
that were treated badly by WWBW. They sued, and won, and thus developed
WWBW's financial woes. Before that, I was under the impression that WWBW's
customer service was quite good. I personally never had a problem, and the
sales manager is an old friend of mine.
