Kind of, I guess, we had to study business law and economics law and of
course the whole idea of ethical practices in the law as well as in the
motivations for, and the purposes of Chapter 11 and Receivership.

So I guess that my training in the legal field, even though I never bothered
to take or pass the Maryland Bar, or that I am actively practicing anything
like law qua legal nonsense, I do feel competent to state on both experience
and from expertise that WWBW made grave mistakes, and chief among them were
mismanagement and treating their customers with dubious respect, which is to
say, not always on the up and up.

We all know that the Passive-Aggressive is one who is Hypocritical, the
person who will treat you as if you are the center of the all that is, and
yet will stab you in the back once your back is turned. This I am afraid is
what my experience with WWBW was. For I tried to be truthful and honest
with WWBW. I took each faulty R-13 I received from them to a reputable tech
or to my teacher before returning it or asking to return it to WWBW, heck,
Morrie Backun even looked at one of the R-13's WWBW sent me and immediately
told me that it was faulty and that I should return it and ask for my money
back! But I chose to deal with WWBW and was eventually burnt by them and
had to turn to Francois Guy of Buffet-Crampon USA instead.

So I really think I know from where I speak, for I speak of a negative and
unpleasant experience with WWBW first-hand.

Are you suggesting that studying "law at a reputable law
school in Baltimore" qualifies you to identify "poor management and
unethical business practices?"

I maintain that no such implication can be made.

I hate to say this, but remember my posts about all the problems I was
having with my R-13 from WWBW and how they were giving me a hard time about
exchanging the faulty ones they were sending me?

And were it not for the kindness of Francois Guy and Buffet-Crampon USA in
Florida I might still be arguing with WWBW over whose onus it is to ensure
that a perfect clarinet reaches the hand of the purchaser/consumer.

Could their bankruptcy be some kind of kismet? A type of subtle karma for
the nastiness and unethical practices they engaged in, not only with me, but
perhaps with others? Why else would one be forced to file for Chapter 11,
but to reorganize and salvage what one could from faulty practices under the
former guise of the business. And let us not forget that WWBW and Music123
are one in the same, and if WWBW has declared chapter 11 isn't safe to safe
that Music123 has followed suit?

This is all very interesting to me, and it suggests poor management and
unethical business practices. And I have studied law at a reputable law
school in Baltimore, so I know from where I speak.

NYC is good -- Weiner Music should have about the same selection and prices

as WWBW. There also must be something of the same caliber on the west
coast.
Anyone with more suggestions?
