hi,
this is a caution to anyone using the WWBW website. at present, their web site only functions properly using internet explorer. i checked the price of a patricola eefer in both grenadilla and rosewood, using the firefox browser (now used by many more people than internet explorer). using firefox, the prices come up as the same. i ordered the rosewood. but my credit card was billed about 10% more than the price i saw online. when i called customer service, and eventually talked with a supervisor, i was told (in less than friendly terms) that the website says "not responsible for mistakes". summary: their dropdown menus don't work except with internet explorer.
