Bruce (and others),

I have been to WW&BW's retail twice this year (while passing through
on tours), and I have had a great experience with their horn counter
manager, Dan. Try calling their number and either dial ext. 2222 or just
ask for Dan at the horn counter... you can tell him that you got his name
from me :-) I'd think that he's be very happy to help you out, and he has
a lot of experience and has worked there for a while.
And yes, they are doing some restructuring... their new manager is
formerly of Sam Ash (oh joy)
