Klarinet Archive - Posting 000035.txt from 2006/11

Does anyone know what's going on with WWBW?
I've sent them six e-mails over the last few months requesting help, and got
no responses, and three phone calls regarding the same problem have never
been followed up. Then there was the marginal treatment I got when, after
purchasing a $4000 instrument from them that needed a quick fix, I finally
had it fixed locally because I had to jump through too many hoops to have
them arrange it.
On top of it all, they've "lost" all my order history, account settings,
etc.; and despite promises by their Customer Service department, I've never
received a response, nor has the problem been fixed.
I suspect this is a problem of growth, but I certainly don't want to be
liquified in their mixer while they iron out their system. (Okay. Mixed
metaphors, but at least I kept them in the household appliance category.)
