Fred,

Walt Grabner described it as a "wolf", and it is most likely something about
the register tube being too long, or possibly the tone hole under the third
finger too small.
Disiree Gattis said the register tube may be too open.

The good news is that is is fixable, for I LOVE the tone of both of the
buffets that have this issue.

When I can scrape together some bucks, I will send them up to Walt's shop,
if he will do this type of repair.

But if it is just a loose pad skin (sounds reasonable), maybe I can fix it
myself.
