I think, though, that WW&BW charges your card immediately for everything you
order and then credits the money back when the mouthpieces are returned.
That may be more trouble than it's worth for you, and many of us don't want
to use Paypal.

But, really, can some of what you described be chalked up to "if you don't
ask, you'll never find out?" Maybe they really don't all expect you to send
out free mouthpieces, but figure it's worth a try.
