have disappeared this year, and have not been returned.

The time and effort involved in getting mouthpiece back is sometimes not
worth the effort. With one young man, I had to threaten a summons to small
claims court before he would return property that was legally mine. The effort
required several hours of calling, e-mailing, and research.
