It's actually Çifte telli (bouncing strings), pronounced "chifte" as in
Charlie. The name implies, it's a Turkish dance (even though often played by
Greek and Armenian musicians) and quite fast by Turkish standards. It is
basically: dü-m ke te-k te-k dü-m dü-m te--k.
