At

http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Forum/7574/midi2.htm

you will find 84 Greek MIDI files. If you search "greek midi files"
on Google you'll get 4980 hits.

A couple of years ago when our Gourmet Club had a Greek theme, I did
my usual one man show for entertainment and got most of the midi
files I used for accompaniment from the link above, but if I remember
right, all in all, it was slim pickins.

I felt that most of the MIDI files didn't lend themselves well to a
principal clarinet. Of the 84 files in the link above, I listened to
most of them first, then downloaded nine of which 5 worked marginally
and I think I played 3.
The filenames I felt might work were oso-krat.mid, paliorol.mid,
aristos.mid, glykeria.mid and either
kok_2.mid or kok_fust.mid

Import a MIDI file into your music notation program, listen to it
with software which allows you to identify the tracks, extract the
track you think will work, do an appropriate insertion of a key
signature, transpose it approprietely for Bb, Eb or A as you think
would be best and print it out.

Good luck!

Oliver
