Keep in mind that the facing you find comfortable is very much dependent on
the reeds you use. Reeds that play comfortably on a B45 or any other open
tip will almost certainly not feel good on a 5RV or M13, which are
relatively much closer.

Again, be careful about trying too many different mouthpieces unless (a) you
have some general idea of what you're looking for and (b) are willing and
have the opportunity to experiment with the whole setup - mouthpiece and
reeds. There are many possible combinations of tip openings and curves, each
needing reeds of different strengths and degrees of taper. Be careful of
being too ambitious while at the maker's shop. You can end up more confused
than anything else if you don't have some plan of attack that accounts for
what you are now using and are accustomed to.
