Might I suggest Jan Jakub Bokun in Wroclaw? His website is at
http://www.bokun.art.pl/biografia_en.html.

If he can't teach you himself, I'm sure he can steer you toward someone
who can. He can also advise about good amateur orchestras, chamber
music groups, etc.
