I have good experience with Roberto's in Manhattan but
they are probably not the cheapest (but still cheap
for reeds). I also recommend Weiner Music for the best
prices and usually they have most things in stock. I
pretty much order all my reeds from there (Weiner)
when friends visit the USA. I stopped buying reeds
locally - one box of Vandoren V12 for Bb clarient
costs here $36 (or $32.50 with student discount).
