Thanks for take part of your time to see my work. Mr. Fabio González Zuleta
(1920) (that is anything to do with Emiliano Zuleta) is still alive but,
unfortunately, many years ago, when he was 50 years old, he suffers a
terrible disease that stopped his musical carrier. About his style, you are
right; he was changing with the influences of the musical environment as
many composers of his generation. In fact, he wrote, two years later after
his sonata, a wind quintet that contains many moderns’ elements in an atonal
language. For your second question, I have to say you, that for now the
piece is not publishing; I had the lucky to talk with the composer and he
bring me his manuscript. The complete sonata’s playing time is 10 minutes 27
seconds. I hope that this explanation answered your questions.
