The cheapest place in the whole US, as far as I know, is Weiner =
Music.=20
They are located on Long Island, just outside of New York City. With a=20=

little doing, your friend should be able to take a commuter train to=20
the store. Go to their web site at www.weinermusic.com for=20
directions, etc. Aside from them, if your friend wants to stay in=20
Manhattan, there are at least 4 music stores on 48th Street between 6th=20=

and 7th Avenues, so here is a good chance he can find the cheapest one.
