I use Harmony Assistant published by Myriad Software. It is not freeware bu=
t you can try it for a limited period and it is not that expensive. Its sis=
ter product Melody Assistant is cheaper. It does most things that Sibelius =
does + a few more. It has a few quirks to it, but is great for what I need.=
