It came right up for me. I may have set up an account there (although I
have a different computer, now) but I know I haven't paid them anything.

I have always wondered about that business of him shooting himself in
the foot. It seems to me that someone who did that in the USA during
wartime would have been permanently disgraced. Perhaps it was chalked
up to his "demons"?
