Nicholas,

Did you investigate the educators' discounts Sibelius offers? You can get
Sibelius as at an educators' discount for $329.00 - not $99, certainly, but
legal and more affordable than the full list price. They'd probably even
sell you the educator's license for the difference between what you paid and
$329, since the software is the same among upgrade, educators' edition and
full price version. Only they'd be selling you a valid SN that would entitle
you to use Sibelius on two different machines (subject to the ULA).
