In my previous list of composers who wrote "violin but not clarinet
concertos", I only considered works which had the word "concerto" in their
title.

However, if you want to stretch the list a bit more, some other famous
"non-concerto titled" violin, but not clarinet composers:

Chausson -Poeme
Ravel - Tzigane
Sarasate - Zigeunerweisen
Schubert - Rondo in A
Suk - Fantasy
Vaughan Williams - The Lark Ascending
