It has happened! I finally got the dreaded condition. I can only open
my jaw enough to get a tablespoon in my mouth.
I know many on this list have dealt with TMJ. Please e-mail me
(privately, if you wish) with suggestions for treatment. At the
moment, it seems that heat doesn't work and I noticed no help from
taking 2 Ibuprophen. I'd appreciate any advice the collective list has.
